The process

Step One

Inquiry
I can’t wait to hear from you! After you have taken the time to look through my website and have found the service that is right for your business, it is time for you to inquire. Please email me at hannah@hddesigns, send me a message on instagram or fill out the contact form.

After I hear from you I will be in contact with you in one to two business days to guide you through next steps.
Step Two

Consultation
After deciding that we will be the right fit to work together we can arrange a consultation to discuss your business needs. This can be over the phone, by video call or can continue through email, whichever you are most comfortable with. This is where we will brainstorm all of the exciting designs to be made to bring your business to the next level.
Step Three

Design Time
It is now time for me to take over! You can now sit back and relax while I work on thoughtfully piecing together your key business desires. This is the stage that I will work to present you with the vision you had all along and so much more.

This step will be broken into phases as we will continue to develop and design until you are more than excited to show off your new and improved business!
Step Four

Finalize
Once all designs have been approved I will send you everything you need, in all of your new brand colour options and exported in all of the file types you can image! Now it is time to be confident in your business.

I would love to go back to step one with you. Feel free to contact me anytime if you decide to invest in more areas of your brand!

FAQs

Typically all projects will require a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my calendar, and the remaining balance will be billed once you are happy with your final outcome. If you would prefer to discuss a different payment plan please contact me and I will be happy to accommodate!
All projects include two full revision phases. Any additional revision requirements will be billed accordingly.
For branding I do not provide font licensing (Due to legal reasons, you’re required to obtain your own separate license), printing fees or additional rounds of revisions (each package includes two rounds of revisions).
For web design packages website hosting and subscriptions are not included. Brand photography and copywriting are also not included.
